I saw Emily for quite a few months after the birth of my baby and she was amazing. I honestly couldn't have been better looked after by her. She was so reassuring and gave me a plan for getting rehab and getting back into fitness. Emily is also so lovely to deal with and I really enjoyed our sessions. She is really knowledgeable and you just know you are in safe hands. I used to have regular massages with Hannah and James who were both excellent. I only stopped because we moved out the area. The Diamond package for monthly massages is well worth it. I also went to the baby and me Pilates course, which was really well led with great corrections.

I can not recommend Katie Bells enough, throughout this tough year they have offered and delivered the best possible service throughout. My on line Pilates classes have been focused and fun, staff have managed to keep a keen eye on us all, giving feedback and encouragement. Now classes have returned to face to face careful provision has been made for social distancing and equipment sterilisation resulting in people been comfortable and happy to return. It’s been important for me to be able to carry on with Pilates and it’s all credit to Katie and her team for doing such a fantastic job and it’s made a real difference getting through things.

I've never done an online fitness class before and the Pilates class I did this morning exceeded my expectations. Katie was motivating, giving useful feedback about how to do each movement. Her instructions were very clear, so it was easy to follow - and all without leaving my sitting room!! Thank you for an enjoyable class. I've already signed up for more.

An excellent, really helpful, professional and experienced team. It's a great one stop shop with so many services available. It's been amazing the way Katie and the team have adapted over the past year or so, continuing to provide such a range of classes online and now a mix, since the restart of safe, face to face activities as well. Particularly the pilates and yoga classes but 5 stars all round.

I have been going to Pilates classes at Katie Bell for getting on for two years. I love it! I tried different places before but this studio is the best. Instruction is highly professional and knowledgeable but also accessible and supportive - very important to me as a 60+ participant. There are different levels and types of class - I have found all those I have tried to be of a very high standard. The availability of high quality physio is also great if it is needed. One of the best things is that clients are seen as individuals and guidance is given on this basis. There is a real team atmosphere at Katie Bell!

I started beginners' pilates just before Covid hit so was disappointed when the in-studio sessions had to be suspended. Thankfully we have been back now a few weeks and I am loving it! My instructor is brilliant and I am benefiting so much from actually being in the studio (and being guided when I am not quite doing things right!). I do go with a friend so it's lovely to see her regularly but the other ladies in the group are also lovely so it feels like a group of friends rather than a class. If you've always wanted to try it, then I'd say give it a go! I feel safe and there is plenty of space and fresh air. I have also used KB for years as my physio and would have no hesitation in booking in if (more likely when!) I need it.

This place is brilliant. I've gained so much from attending Pilates classes, and I now have a fully mobile shoulder, which I thought would never have, after fracturing it 4 years ago. My balance has improved and I feel so much fitter. All the staff are extremely skilled, knowledgeable and supportive. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the place, and the decor, equipment and facilities are first rate - no dirty floors or worn out mats etc! Well done and thank you to Katie and her team!

I have been a client of Katie's for a number of years. She has worked wonders on my neck, shoulders, back and knee. I still have Physio every 6 weeks - maintenance - but this helps me keep on top of my problems from sitting at a PC 5 days a week! Katie also recommended that I try Pilates, I love it, I have know attended classes for a number of years. Trust me the classes are challenging but the sense of achievement at the end of the hour is well worth the effort. All the team are friendly and you are made to feel very welcome and valued. I have tried Barre Pilates which I thoroughly enjoyed and I have attended a number of the one off evening events which have been arranged.

Katie Bell have saved my sanity this year. The pilates teachers are all very knowledgable, dedicated and enthusiastic and I love doing their online pilates classes. Hopefully we'll also be back in the studio one day. The classes are varied and interesting and I'm always learning something new. I'd definitely recommend them.

My wife and I have been using Katie Bell for Pilates for 3 years, both inside the studio in normal times and on-line since March 2020. They have provided an excellent service, especially during the pandemic. We have recommended them to our friends.

After a knee then back injury a friend recommended that I try the free KB pilates class that was running. I enjoyed the session and decided to sign up for a months membership to see how I got on with it. As a total beginner I didn't really know what to expect but the staff on the online sessions I have attended so far have been lovely, very supportive, encouraging and very knowledgeable. They are clear with instructions and offer different levels for those attending the sessions. I look forward to trying out a few more classes in the coming weeks.

Provided fantastic support over the past 18 months - when COVID struck Katie quickly moved both Pilates and physio on line. Helped keep me sane and make sure my back & neck didn’t seize up from laptop working on the dining room table! When allowed she also provided a 121 pilates session to make sure my technique was right. Now back in the studio for Pilates, feels like a COVID safe environment and it’s fantastic to be back. I have been going to Katie Bell's for about 3 years now and know my movement range has increased significantly since I started enabling me to continue with my hobbies whilst keeping relatively pain free from my spinal arthritis. Over the years I have been instructed by several of the friendly and knowledgeable instructors in both the Pilates and Stretch & Release classes. I have found these classes to be a good size both for the space available and to ensure you get very good personal guidance from the Instructors many of whom are also Qualified Physios.

I have been doing on line Pilates since March when studio classes had to close. LIVE on line classes are just brilliant. Zooming in at a set time gives a purpose and sense of community. All the instructors are excellent and encouraging.The classes are always thoroughly prepared and varied. The pre-recorded classes are great too, you can do them when it suits you, although I find it more tempting to ease off without an instructor watching. Also this year, my arthritic hip has deteriorated significantly, so as well as Pilates I have had physio sessions with Guy. His advice and treatment have helped hugely. Thank you Katie and your team, I can’t recommend you highly enough.

I have been using Katie Bell as my physiotherapist for a number of years now and would not go to anyone else. I play lacrosse to national and county level and have had a history of issues with my hamstrings and various other injuries that come with playing a contact sport. Katie has always been able to offer me excellent treatment and got me back playing as soon as possible and so I recommend her to all of my friends and teammates. I also attend a Pilates class there on a weekly basis and have found it to be a huge help with my overall flexibility and core strength. All of the instructors are excellent and extremely knowledgeable.

Katie Bell offers the best of services all of which have been adapted for life in a time of Covid. I attend Pilates online every week with Katie Bell's wonderful instructors (mainly Emily Elgar!) and am keeping fit and healthy that way through lockdown. I cannot recommend the service and the wonderful people highly enough. Thank you Katie Bell.
